The location is ideal for both leisure and business

Travelers. We were warmly welcomed by the staff, and the room was clean and well-organized. The breakfast had good homemade options, though the selection was limited. A minor issue was the noise from the common areas that interrupted our sleep.

Fabulous staff: extremely welcoming, always trying to make your stay enjoyable (including giving you honest advice on restaurants). Very nice (yet a little small) rooms, well appointed and quiet. One of the best beds I have had in a hotel in a while. Enjoyable breakfast (at a reasonable price). Good location: Lille stations are 5 minutes walk away, the main square as well. Parking available on request.

Very well situated 200m from Lille Flandres train, metro and tram station, 500m from city centre, shopping streets and Euralille. Many restaurants close by. 10 min walk to Grand Palais congress centre. Very recently renovated hotel, tastefully done. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, very big flatscreen TV. Quiet and well isolated, from street noise as well as from other rooms. Temperature can be adapted for each individual room (a great plus that is not available in many hotels).

The elevator is extremely slow. There is no hook in the room to hang your coat. There is no shelf in the (very good) shower to put your soap and shampoo. The hook for the towel is on the wall furthest from the shower, so you make the floor quite wet when getting the towel. It's a pity they did not take these small points into consideration when renovating the place. It would not have cost anything extra and would have avoided these small annoyances.

Rooms are beautifully renovated with lovely decor. Location is excellent, close to major attractions and the train station. The bar area serves quality snacks and drinks, and the staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast options are good too!

Very helpful and friendly staff, always available and ready to attend. The receptionist (I don't remember His name) manage to get milk for our baby at night, and gave us his private snack.

Small rooms, small elevator.

Lively and engaging atmosphere in the hotel.

The triple room felt cramped for three people, especially with luggage. I was disappointed that the hotel doesn't have private parking, forcing us to park a couple of blocks away. The breakfast tea was lukewarm, a disappointing oversight for a hotel that claims to cater to guests' needs.

The hotel was great modern, loved city view from our quadruple room. The food was local - a huge variety of options. We got a room with a walk-in shower. The service was great!

great stay with minor location concerns

The hotel is beautifully renovated with charming decor that creates a cute atmosphere. The beds are comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Particularly the gentleman I encountered on Saturday morning, provided excellent service. I also enjoyed the lovely city view from my room.

The neighborhood was not the most appealing, with a few cheap eateries nearby.

Spotless venue with very good breakfasts and city views. Fabulously friendly and amicable people working here. Good sleep in an extremely comfy bed, stylish and new-fashioned room. Ideal and magnificent location, simultaneously close to the attractive historical district. Adjacent to shops & restaurants and old lille / centrum.

good location and clean new rooms, right in the middle of town but in a quiet location

nowhere to put shower gel in shower and the trendy plates and mugs at breakfast are a joke - your knife keeps om falling off your plate!!
