The breakfast here is fantastic with lots of delicious options, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the facilities are top-notch.

Fabulous staff: extremely welcoming, always trying to make your stay enjoyable (including giving you honest advice on restaurants). Very nice (yet a little small) rooms, well appointed and quiet. One of the best beds I have had in a hotel in a while. Enjoyable breakfast (at a reasonable price). Good location: Lille stations are 5 minutes walk away, the main square as well. Parking available on request.

Very well situated 200m from Lille Flandres train, metro and tram station, 500m from city centre, shopping streets and Euralille. Many restaurants close by. 10 min walk to Grand Palais congress centre. Very recently renovated hotel, tastefully done. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, very big flatscreen TV. Quiet and well isolated, from street noise as well as from other rooms. Temperature can be adapted for each individual room (a great plus that is not available in many hotels).

The elevator is extremely slow. There is no hook in the room to hang your coat. There is no shelf in the (very good) shower to put your soap and shampoo. The hook for the towel is on the wall furthest from the shower, so you make the floor quite wet when getting the towel. It's a pity they did not take these small points into consideration when renovating the place. It would not have cost anything extra and would have avoided these small annoyances.

The place had beautiful accommodations, the staff was super friendly, and the breakfast offered a great variety of meals, all while being conveniently located near the charming historical area.

Very helpful and friendly staff, always available and ready to attend. The receptionist (I don´t remember His name) manage to get milk for our baby at night, and gave us his private snack.

The central location here is amazing and very convenient, just around 15 km from the airport.

The hotel was great modern, loved city view from our quadruple room. The food was local - a huge variety of options. We got a room with a walk-in shower. The service was great!

I stayed for 3 nights and everything was very good here, with great service and on-site parking, making my stay really nice.
